- they wouldn't have to deal with the suspensions and the "physicality" if they didn't change the rules in the first place and kept the hand check and the slight bumps and hacks (Which is how basketball was played for 50 years buddy before the change of rules spear headed by dear Suns manager Jerry Colangelo)
- Players from both sides with a full roster would've gone at it and it would've been a less controversial series if they would've let them play (which prolly would've happened with the OLD RULES)

Yes and not just because of those suspensions. Those were just the culmination of the damage that Stern has done. For the past ten years the league has just become WAAAAAAAY too strict. The refs call technicals when a guy just claps!? wtf is that about? And that is not just the refs fault, they have to call the games based on the policies that Stern has put in place. The league tells the refs to be tougher in terms of technicals. Also, they are now calling flagrant fouls that aren't even flagrant fouls. Stern is too wrapped up in image, he thinks that any minor thing will result in image problems. yes i think he is unfair and plays favorites. he tends to make so stupid calls. for instance the most recent amare and boris. another kobe bryant got suspended twice for accidentally hitting some guys in the face. another tim duncan says joey crawford (the ref) is out to get him and that he is an unfair ref. however joey crawford is suspended and tim duncan in just fined. come on do you really think that tim duncan having to pay some money really affected him? ummm no not at all. but lets say that kobe bryant said that joey crawford was unfair kobe would have been suspended and fined. i know it and you know it. i think david stern needs to go away and stop ruining the nba because he sucks.Which players in the NBA can shoot the ball with both hands?

No party, actually Druff has admitted to being a fan of that one man team that barely finished above .500 this year, the Lakers. Since they suck so bad, now he's taking his anger out on the teams that whipped them this year. It's pretty hilarious actually.Anyway to the question. David Stern has already ruined the NBA. Yes, he is. I don't understand what he's trying to do, first he reinforces dress codes, court rules to insure "citizen behavior" from the players. They blindly give their Refs free reign to whistle as they please, which causes more unnecessary tension on the court.Oh yeah, and when was the last time team USA won a world tournament or the Olympics?
