David Stern is right, for a change. A rule doesn't need a ruling.?

Question:I think David Stern has become a douche bag enforcing so many things, however, The suspensions of Horry, Stoudemire, and Diaw were not only warranted but necessary. Anyone who questions this doesn't understand how society works. A rule is put in place to protect and when it is broken the due punishment is applied. I'm sick of everyone whining about how Stern should let this go "due to the circumstances." Thats ridiculous, the same thing has happened in the playoffs before and the exact same punishment was applied. Why should it be different now? It shouldn't, just because everyone in the Media has picked the Suns and this may affect their chances, that is no ones fault but their own. Boo Dan Patrick, Mike Wilbon, Chris Broussard and all the other self-contradicting media...
Hurray Justice!

Stern was right here. But the rule will be tweaked in the off-season.

Whatever happened to sebastian telfair?

That would be fine if the blanket rule was enforced as a blanket rule, including duncan and bowen for their actions in the second quarter. But when you have 4 players do the same thing, and 2 get supended.. you must question if the league really remains objective in its "no exemptions" policy on the rule.

Yes, Stoudemire and Diaw looked more intimidating entering the court. The reality is, neither entered the incident in any way. Duncan and Bowen looked less intimidating, but none-the-less broke the same rule. The league is showing that it allows loopholes to keep from having a "superstar-less" game.

I think part of the reason Horry got 2 games was that the league was trying to even out the penalties, more than it was justified. They wanted to feel better about the fact that they were putting Pho in a hole, because they wanted to remain dominant over the players by enforcing the rule.

There are times that rules are bent, its happened before, and should have happened again.

Has there been a college basketballteam with all starters going pro and eventually winning championship rings?

Are you serious?

Just because someone decided to make a rule doesn't mean it should stick until the end of time. This rule is and always has been surrounded by controversy. That is because it is not a good rule. It needs to be revised. (That's how society WORKS together, not the way you said. But, I'm pretty sure you're a big control freak.)

Show me ONE person who doesn't think this rule is stupid. Even the baby whiner Spurs probably think it's stupid.

Who miss the miami heat?

The only justice possible is that Duncan, Bowen, Popovich, Horry, and Ginobli should have to face a firing squad. Just before they are shot a large bucket is overturned from above. It contains the collected urine of the pheonix suns. Hooray Justice!

Is the Basketball Lottery dumg? Why do they even do it?

If there is justice in this world, Bowen should be body checked into the 5th row and Stern and his cronies are found to be fixing games for Vegas and they all get their fat asses hauled off to jail. And Stern renames himself Davina.

His rules are stupid and the calls are never evenly called.
How the hell do you call that justice, you must be a Spurs fan.
