Stand on a slightly elevated platform with the heels of your feet hanging off the edge. Push up up so that you are standing on the tips of your toes go back down and repeat.

The best way to get bigger calves is to do calf raises. Its even better if you do it with weights on your shoulders.

Another way to get bigger calves and improve your jumping is to run stairs. Go to a big stadium, or find a long set of stairs, and run up and down the stairs. It will make your calves bigger AND improve your jumping.

Well there are many things you can do to increase the size of them...
1) Running, running on flat surfaces help but not as much as running up hills.
2)Stand on a stair case and really isolate those calfs by lifting yourself up and down.
3)There are weight machines just for calfs, they usally are at the recenter.
4)Jumping up and down as fast as you can, usally i do it while trying to touch the backboard every time.
5)Creatine will help if you are really serious, just make sure you get plenty of water after.

All these things help, and just make sure you keep doing them for a while, you won't see improvments with in the first week, but you should be really sore. Good Luck - Turn those calfs into cows...lol.
