Do plyometrics. Air Alert is a great program that will really help you get quicker, jump higher, and improve your stamina. Also, sprinting and suicides will help. Try working on your quickness by hopping side to side, and front to back, over a line as fast as you can. I find that wind sprints are good, helps your breathing a lot. Try sprinting from one distance to another (not to far) about the length of the basketball court or shorter. Once you get to the finish point wait about 15 to 30 sec's and go back. After a while try doing it with a basketball so you'll get use to running fast with the ball.More Questions & Answers...
