If KG becomes a Laker next season, will he and Kobe be the top duo in the NBA?

Answers:

Who won the NBA MVP?

Yes, absolutely. In my opinion they're the best two players in the NBA already, whether K.G. becomes a Laker or not, but by fact, Kobe's the best scorer in the league, and K.G. is the best rebounder in the NBA. If that were to happen, the only players that would come close to them would be Nash - Marion, and T-Mac - Yao.

Shawn kemp or amare stoudemire?

Yes

Why can't the Lakers get passed the 1st round if Phil Jackson was really a difference maker?

They will for a while. But Kobe's huge ego will get in the way. Personally, I think he ran Shaq out of L.A.

Nba tv network free?

yes, they will, big man small man duo.but because of kobe wanting all the popularity and money, one of them will leave soon.kobe forced shaq out because he got all the attention.and also i think kobe needs to be traded

Has the US have the monopoly of basketball talents(better players) and coaches?

It's difficult to think of another more complete combo in the league, but Minnesota is never letting KG go. If they were interested in trading him it would be this year or never, and the GM has already said he's not trading KG.

All you Kobe haters think about this: Kobe is an amazing competitor and hates to lose. He may have had a big ego back in the day when he and Shaq were three-peating, but several years of post-season letdowns and a laundry-list roster of offensive chokers have matured Kobe into someone who is willing to do anything to win, including share the spotlight with Garnett (IF he is indeed traded).

But what does LA have to offer MIN? Bynum's stock was golden until the postseason now he's a junk bond. Nobody wants anything on that roster and LA won't be bad enough to get a good lotto pick anytime soon, not with Philly and Boston throwing games.

Who will win? nets, cavs...i already know...?

They will unquestionably be the top duo in the NBA next year if Garnett goes to the Lakers.

Does anyone have any good advice for floaters in basketball?

will not work
they will need ti up lamar, bynum and another to match up.
then kb and kg need to score 50 points a piece everynight
for god sake leave the lakers alone they hit rock bottom.

How AWESOME was Baron Davis in Game Six?

Salary-wise, yes. KG is the highest paid player in the NBA, and next year will be getting $22 million. Kobe is #9 right now and will be getting $19.5 million next year. So basically, to keep the same payroll they have now (which is above the luxury tax only slightly) First, they'll have to forgo signing Chris Mihm, Luke Walton, Smush Parker and Ronnie Turiaf. All these guys are free agents and can go elsewhere, and their combined salaries are currently less than $7 million. Then they'll have to trade Lamar Odom in order to get KG - Lamar's salary next year will be $13.5 million. Yeah.. that's going to happen.

First and foremost, the NBA is a business. The money involved with a trade for KG is staggering in player personnel. I personally think they need to draft the best point guard they can and keep the rest of the team intact. Mihm will be back from his ankle injury and they'll be deeper next year.

Will there ever be another Miacheal jordan as in popularity and skills?
