im pretty good downlow i just need 2 work on my jumper. tips on dribbling would also be appreciated

follow through on ur shot and always keep ur eyes on the basket..get a good jump and keep ur balance and shoot the exact same way everytime..when u go practice start by shooting jumpers from a short distance like 3 feet away then move out to the 3 point line..to improve ur dribbling try dribbling with 2 balls at once jog up and down the court with them untill you get used to it...look where u are going dont look downWho's your favorite NBA player?
Working on a jumper comes with a ton of practice. Start mid range and slowly work your way back as you get comfortable. Most important part of a shot is the follow through, if the ball is not straight it has no chance of going in.Get squared to the basket, get your tricep parallel to the ground and snap your wrist.

Well being elevated to jumping and keep your feet squared to your shoulders and use your legs when you take off.Practice, Practice, Practice. Start 4-5 feet from the hoop and shoot one handed focusing on the fundamental shooting form. Have a 90 degree forearm to elbow, and have your fingertips comfortably spread along the ball. Extend your arm when shooting. Imagine you are in a glass box 3x3 feet wide and 8 feet tall and you must shoot out of it everytime. If you are tall and young you do not need to develop a jumper until you are a lot older. Just focus on the fundamentals and your shot will come. Dribbling is something that you just have to practice. You can dribble tennis balls or set up cones or chairs. Keep a basketball under your pillow and dont put it down!!!

My advice works better. Buy a leg weight. The one that can be strapped on your legs. 1 kilo is enough, and sand is better than metals for movement. Jump with it. You can even wear it when you go to school wearing a long pants to hide it. But weights can disturb you in class. After one month, your jump might be better. When you remove it, you'll feel free and move faster.(OFCOURSE) It helps. I play football and my header became better, because of weights.Who would win one on one in their prime?
