What does the winner of the NBA Finals team get?
I'm just curious in why so much money is being spent on a team? What's the benefit in all of that? Thanks!

so much spent on a team? the salary cap is in the low to mid 60 millions while the NBA team is selling 20,000 tickets to the arena for 41 games not to mention all the other money that can be made off of a team especially for the good teams that sell out and can charge more for their seats.The NBA winners get a larger cut of playoff money, the championship trophy, nice rings for the players, and a place in history which also means a better TV schedule for the next year if they are a fan favorite team.
Also makes bigger stars out of the players and leads to better endorsements and a trip to the White House and instint credibility for the team which helps with getting advertisements and recruiting players

The better your team is, the more fans, the more money. And in the Finals, you get a shiny gold trophy and when the next season starts, you get to have confidence knowing you became champs.
