How do i become aggressive in basketball?
Any tips on how to get aggressive in basketball? Everyone says i can be a big contributor if i just "man up". I play center and take a lot of contact, but don't really throw anything back. Any help will be appreciated.

me i'm also a center just use your body and your upper and lower strength.. and importantly be determine to score the basket.. when low post use your body... i can help you!well i used to be the same way untilone kid pissed me off and when i went against other people i tried what the other kid did which was pushing and shoving people.
The best way to become agressisve is to play with really agressive players to make sure you can play with them you are going to get as aggresive as them right?
then when you play not agressive players you will kill them.
use ankle weights to get your hops and strength up, then practice with players smaller than you, because if you wanna block shots u gotta time it right w/ smaller players
