Bulls know they need a back to the basket player in order to get a ring..who do they have to let go off??

Question:They have wayyy too many talented perimeter players (which is not a bad thing) but if you wanna win a championship you gotta trade them off for a big guy whic the bulls desperately need to get a ring

which perimeter oriented/guard or forward should they give away?

Hinrich? Gordon? Deng? Duhon? Nocioni? Sefalosha?

You know a couple of these bench guys would be starters if they were on another team and they would only be a cancer if they remain on the bench( since they would feel they are under utilized and would want more playing time)

SO which talented player should they let go?

Do Heat fans have any excuses for tonights game?

Gordon scores, but he doesn't do much else. I'd like to see him go, along with Sefalosha. This obviously wouldn't be enough to get a player like Gasol, but maybe throw in a first-round draft pick as well. But in all honesty, to get a player like Gasol or somone of his caliber, they would have to let go of Deng, and they really don't want to do that.

Who is the most likely to be a future star that's expected to be drafted in the second round of the NBA draft?

i hope the knicks land that 1st pick cuz if they do the bulls will be the nba champions for the next 4-5 years if they land oden. the team they would have is oden, wallace, dneg, gordon, hinrich that's a hellava startin 5, and their bench is super deep

Warriors and Dallas series outcome?

The Bulls will probably offer either Nocioni or Sefalosha (maybe both) and their current 1st round draft pick for KG. Nocioni will be tough to trade due to his popularity in Chicago, and Minnesota is very high on him. He is a free agent after the season so a sign and trade will be emminent here. KG is set to make 46 million over the next two seasons, and can opt out after next season. Minnesota would be foolish to not trade him before that and get something for him.

Minnesota will have a hard time understanding that KG is on the down side of his career and many teams will want him, but won't part with their franchise players to get him. So trading him will be difficult.

Dont see them offering Hinrich, Deng or Gordon which is want Memphis wanted for Gasol (Actually it was Deng & Gordon)...those talks will be re-visited, but don't look for Paxson to pull the trigger because Memphis wants one or two of these guys.

Jermaine O'Neal is a possiblity, but there are two things wrong with this trade...one is that he's in the same division as the Bulls, and trading players to a team in the same division can come back to bite you. 2nd is that he makes 18 million this year (64m over next 3 years) and is very injury prone...so giving up a young stud for an injury riddled veteran is not something the Bulls will be interested in.

Also the Bulls are in another situation where they are not burdened by the Salary Cap. They will go after Antonio McDyess, and maybe Jamaal MacGlore & quite possibly Rashard Lewis, but dont plan on him because he's mostly a perimeter player, and he doesn't play good defense.

If they can get a decent free agent pickup and there aren't many...without giving up one of their young promising players they'll prefer to do that.

Who is the best player so far in the 2000 and who do you think will get player of the decade?

They should definately keep Deng and one starting guard, either Hinrich or Gordon. The rest can go!

Court shoes anywhere?

The Bulls are definitely set at the 1-2-3 positions. Hinrich, Gordon & Duhon are a solid set of guards. Deng & Nocioni are possibly the best pair of 3s in the league. Sefalosha is a solid backup at the 2 & 3 positions.

Hopefully they do not have to trade anyone; I forsee the fix chants starting if the draft pick from the Knicks ends up being the No. 1 pick. Oden could learn defense from Ben Wallace, not that he needs a lot of help, and is developing far better than Eddy Curry was as an offensive player at that point in their careers. And Tyrus Thomas will be lethal once he learns how to shoot a decent jump shot.

And this draft will be heavy with big players who could help the Bulls no matter where they end up in the top ten. A trade may not be necessary.

Deng is developing into an untouchable, despite the trade discussions for Gasol.

Gordon seems too much like the go-to guy right now to want to get rid of him.

Hinrich is a combo guard, not all that well suited to play point, but his leadership skills are pretty obvious on the floor. He's the one in control.

Nocioni is a solid team player, well suited to come off the bench at the 3 or 4. He's a glue player, doing what needs to be done. I do not think the Bulls want to see him go.

Sefalosha, although he hasn't shown as much so far, seems to have a great upside. Yesterday, his shutting down D Wade was pretty impressive. You really don't want to get rid of a lockdown defender like that.

This leave Duhon. Probably the piece which Sefalosha will grow to replace, and guards are pretty much the easiest pieces to replace. I would suppose that he's the piece that would be traded if they had to trade someone.
