greatest playoff performer ever??

Answers:

Who alo thinks that the Warriors and Mavs series is the best so far!?

No question, Michael Jordan was the greatest playoff performer ever. He elevated his game in the playoffs averaging 33 points throughout his career. He won six championships in the 90s with the Chicago Bulls and was the MVP of the Finals in all six of them. Plus, look at all the great moments he has done in the playoffs.

First of all, in 1986, he scored a playoff record 63 points in a double overtime game against the Celtics. The Bulls went on to lose that series, but Jordan's 63 point game will be remembered as the day where he came to be one of the best basketball players in NBA history.

All Cleveland fans remember, "the Shot" in 1989. The shot that made the people of Cleveland depressed for the next two weeks following. The stakes couldn't have been higher in Game 5 (decisive game back then) of the Eastern Conference first round. The Chicago Bulls were trailing, 98 to 99 with like 3 seconds to go in the game. Michael Jordan gets the inbounds pass, dribbles to the free throw line, jumps up, hangs in the air just long enough so Craig Ehlo goes down while Jordan is still in the air, he shoots it, and it goes in at the buzzer. Fists pumping in the air, Michael Jordan had just made one of the greatest shots of all time.

Jordan's flu game in game 5 of the 1997 NBA Finals tested MJ's ability to play even when he was sick. His response, 38 points and the game winning 3-pointer. The only thing different about Michael that game was that he didn't have his normal swagger, but the skill was still there.

Michael Jordan couldn't have capped off his career better than in game 6 of the 1998 NBA Finals against the Utah Jazz. The Bulls trailed 85 to 86 with like 10 seconds to go in the game. Bryon Russel guarding Michael Jordan. Russel loses his footing to Jordan's crossover, MJ pulls up, lets the ball fly, swoosh. Chicago 87, Utah 86.

Michael Jordan was the best there ever was, and the best there ever will be.
