There are 8 teams who play on Wed. who also play each other in the first round. Who will play the hardest?
Question:On Wednesday April 18th, the last day of the season. there are 8 teams who are slated to play each other who are also slated to play each other in the first round of the playoffs. This is all based on current yahoo sports playoff matchups: http://sports.yahoo.com/nba/playoffmatch... (and therefore could change, but unlikely)
Who do you think will play hard and try to set the tone for the playoffs, and who will rest on their achievements and rest up for the playoffs?
Dallas vs Golden State
Chicago vs New Jersey
San Antonio vs Denver
Houston vs Utah
And as a bonus question, when has it ever happened where there have been so many teams meet up on the last day of the regular season only to meet each other again in the playoffs?
Answers:
Steve Nash would be a non-factor on the next game because of his broken nose. Right?
The Bulls stand to drop from the 2 seed to the 5 seed if they lose to the Nets. I highly doubt that they want to play the Heat in the first round and the Pistons in the second, and a win gives them their season goal of at least 50 wins. I expect another 30 point thrashing like the Bulls have been dropping for the last week. But don't expect the Nets to just lie down; a win just might move them up and have them get the 6 seed and let them play the Raptors instead of the Bulls/Cavs 2 seed (the Wizards might not win again until next year). The bonus? Heck if I know. But the Bulls lose, they probably drop to the 5 and the Nets climb to the 6.
Is it true Michael Jordan and his son Jeffrey are not on speaking terms?
Why do you want to know since it is happening tomorrow!Who Is Better, LeBron James or Dewayne Wade?
I think Golden State and Denver will try there hardest. But I think Dallas and San Antonio will be up to the challenge becuase they like to end the regular season hard to go into the playoffs with energy. New Jersey may be resting i think. Houston and Utah will play hard against each other because they got home court advantage on the line. And the bonus question I don't know, I've seen it where 1 or 2 match ups were in the first round as well but not 8 teams!More Questions & Answers...
