Has anyone tried the workout programs that increase your vertical leap?

It could be if...and only if...they acquire the #2 seed in the East. Whoever the #2 seed will be Cavs or Bulls will have the easier route to the East Finals than Detroit, Miami or whoever the #5 seed will be.

Detroit will play a meaningless series against NJ or Orlando. Then play the winner of Miami or the 5th seed. Then the East Finals.

Whoever the #2 seed is will face NJ or Orlando, then a inexperienced Toronto team on its way the East Finals. The road for the East Finals is much easier for the #2 seed, and Cleveland has proven that they can beat Detroit, Miami, and Chicago. And having a superstar like LeBron James doesn't hurt either.

If Cleveland becomes the 5th seed. Beating Miami, then Detroit then quite possibly Chicago in the East Finals could drain all of Cleveland's energy. And all of these series would be 7 game series too...this would be too hard for any team.

Cleveland's chances are great. Provided they win out, and NJ beats Chicago at home. The #2 seed will be key for the team who I think will represent the East in the NBA Finals.

They definetely will not lose to detroit, b/c Detroit and the cavs will lose in the 1st round. Dwight Howard will be too much for the weak inside game of detroit, leading to double teams, leading to outside shooters open, so look for JJ Red 2 play well and get some 3's. Then for the Cavs, Carter will be able to outplay Lebron b/c experiance, and the Nets win, or the Heat will get revenge from last year and dominate the outside game.
