Why does steve nash lick his fingers everytime he goes to the free throw line?
Manu Ginobili and Tony Parker might be the two biggest floppers. seriously, you bump them and the flop 90% of the time. but Andy V is definetely up there. he's a pretty nasty player, constantly throwing elbows at guys. Sheed wanted to take his head off last year when he caught him with his flailing elbows.like said before, the refs could call something on every play.
I'm sure LeBron hooks guys on his drive, but I'm sure tons of guys do to. it's almost a natural body reaction to hook someone when you're spinning around quickly and trying to push yourself out of a spin and head-on towards a basket.
but I don't want any game decided by the refs. let the guys play. I only have a problem with James hooking guys if his defender is getting called on the other end for the same thing.
but LBJ is hte NBA's golden child afterall. he would have to punch someone in the head ot get a foul called on him.
Does anybody in the east have a shot of winning the finals?
like any sport i think if the refs really wanted to, they could call a foul on every play because something is always going on. With that being said I think the answer is yes. What about every bodies beloved Michael Jordan when he pushed off to get that game winning shot against the Jazz?Sorry but the biggest flopper in history isn't Varejo. That title belongs to none other than Vlade Divac. I'm sure you could go to youtube or whatever your online movie viewing preference is and find evidence in that.
I agree with the fact that Varejao is a flopper, I don't know if you can claim he is the biggest ever, but he's in the team photo - Dwayne Wade was pretty bad in the playoffs last year, too. With the allowance of contact in the NBA these days, it is very hard to claim that LeBron is committing offensive fouls when he drives to the basket. With all the hand checking and bumping that goes on (not to mention the inconsistencies in calls for superstars and non-superstars) I don't see how you can successfully make that argument.
What was the greatest number of rookies on a single team ever?
Although Andy does flop alot, he is only taking advantage of the rules and considering that your a Pistons fan you should be happy that they didn't call that offensive foul last night on Rasheed. Andy V, caused the foul not to be called because he over-flopped, if he just stood his ground, that probably would have been called against Wallace. Also Billiups gets barely touched and he is wailing his arms as if he got taken down by Hulk HoganAs far as Lebron and his offensive fouls, you can stay that about just most people in the league. what T. Prince doesn't hook when he in the post and trying to spin around to get past his defender?
Who should the Trailblazers trade for Zach Randolph?
FalseDo you think Nowitzki deserved to be MVP?
I agree with bothHow come Carlos Boozer was a second round pick?
False. He is one of the worse, but I would have to say AI is as big of flopper there is. Everytime somebody touches him on offense he looks like he's just gotten shot. Ref's don't call it as much as before, but it's pretty bad.As far asa LeBron, when you get into the key in the NBA there is going to be a lot of contact. That's just the way it is. 9 times out of 10 one could make an argument that somebody was fouled offensively or defensively. If the refs called it everytime everybody would foul out.
