If this actually did happen (and I hope it does, being a Cavs fan), then I do think the Cavs would win. The rest of the team is very underrated. LeBron would carry his team to their first NBA Championship in Cavs history. This would be a memorable Finals, because of how good LeBron will be playing, and he will show us a level of play that hasnt been seen since MJ. I think it would go to 6-7 games, with LeBron averaging over 35 points, 10 rebounds, and around 12 assists in the Finals.The bulls are thinking of trading the pick or to do trades to get these two players.?

Well Cleveland and Utah will play basketball games until one team has won 4 games.
