Will the officials fix the detroit / cleveland series for ratings?
rumor is, and its reasonable.the nba (im assuming stern) wants lebron in the finals because, a series between detroit and san antonio wouldnt pull in the ratings. heres the logic to the rumor, alot of people feel the spurs unlawfully advanced against the suns due to a contaversal decision to suspend stoudamier in a key game 5, which ultimately handed san antonio the series, or rather really put the suns back against the wall facing elimination in san antonio, which they were. detroit is a solid team, but hated by most nba fans outside of michigan (or rather unappreciated). the fact is, after dallas blew a dream season, and the suns were eliminated from the picture, it leaves 2 perfect matched, well rounded favorites to most likely face off in the finals (again), being detroit and san antonio. but, who cares besides pistons and spurs fans? would lebron potentially winning his first ring draw more ratings? well, ofcourse it would. would the nba fix the series with 1 sided officiating?

Where can i get the book The secrets of the mystery pitch?
no, absolutely not... they are making loads of money already with or without the ratings...by your standards, the warriors should have beaten utah and the suns would have beaten ths spurs... warriors and suns would hav pulled in all the raitings; with the suns going agains the cav's... truthfully, i'd prefer to see san antonio and detroit; they are the two best teams, and they deserve to duke it out... cleveland has a chance but they will have to make it a flawless series, which would be hard against the most solid detroit team to date.
if you believe fixing games, maybe you also believe in that dumb research that white refs call more fouls on black players and vice versa. idiotic my friend, idiotic.
they would and they will. Who wants to see detroit and san antonio again. They have been in the finals a combined 5 times in 8 years. that is ridiculous, they are two verteran solid teams, but both are extremely boring to watch to every fan except for pistons and spurs fans. Each has already won a title. they will give somebody else a chance to win because it will draw higher ratings
What was the last time that a number 8 seeded NBA team won the championship?
I don't think they will fix it but I agree with your rating thing. I know that after the Suns loss I personally would like to see Cleveland take it all!If Kobe and Lebron switched teams who's team would be better?
Maybe to generate some controversy to pull in ratings.I know the NBA pissed off a bunch of basketball fans and the ratings dropped as soon as the Suns/Spurs conference ended because the public feels the league has no integrity.
