Question:did anyone else watch the nba finals on TNT with charles barkles as one of the commentators? during the golden state warriors games he was saying some really offensive things about the bay area like "its a dumping ground for people who cant afford to live in LA." i live in the bay area and there are multimillion dollar houses in atherton, san mateo, menlo park, los gatos, saratoga, and monte sereno.
back to the question: i now hate charles barkley and im hoping other people were just as mad about his comments as i was.

I was born and raised here in the bay area, lived in the city itself, San Jose, and in Vallejo where I currently reside, Ive lived in LaJolla the north San Diego area and in the Phoenix/Tempe area...Ive been a big basketball fan since I was one digit old, used to watch the warriors on George Johnson's tickets he sent to family (he played center for the last warrior championship team with rick barry, k wilkes, phil smith and others) I currently have a friend who is a GM for a major NBA franchise...a lot of basketball watching and following...I like Charles, his sense of humor and his knowledge of how the game is played from an ex stars standpoint...that being said...not real happy with how he portrayed the bay area...and happy he had to eat a little crow with the warriors eliminating the mavs...Charles is just Charles...he is perfect as a dartboard on that show and compliments the other personalities for every broadcast...but Charles...keep the unkind comments about our bay area to yourself...What have you thought about manu ginobili this playoff season?
