No, of course there isn't any solid proof that he did it. Nor does all the evidence point to the fact that he is innocent. All in all he would have been found not guilty in a court of law, and that is really all that matters. The girl had seminal fluid from an individual other than Kobe in the same underwear, and although this individual was apparently her boyfriend, it would have dramatically affected her credibility. Now the fact that he had a shirt covered in her blood from the encounter does not necessarily bode to well for him. Did he rape her?
