It's this simple. Baron's clap had cokyness and arrogance with it. It wasn't a simple clap cheering. No NBA player would cheer for an opponent, or maybe unless they're best friends, but Baron, I don't think, is friends with anybody in the Mavs. If he instead clapped for teammates, he wouldn't get ejected. They need to win at GS. This will make the task extremely hard. It took an ejection to get the point differential so high in game 2. Even with all the GS turnovers, their athleticism kept them in the game. Ejecting somebody for clapping is STUPID and pathetic. Joe Crawford got in trouble for doing that to Tim Duncan, because the league felt that was excessive. But this time it isn't? Baron Davis should have been given a warning first. Clapping is just a natural and harmless expression of excitement, and can be done without much malice or thought. The other technicals.debateable. Clapping=stupid. I hope this causes GS to become pissed and clobber Dallas in Oakland.
