Kumusta pre! Siguradong panalo dyan si Pacquiao! Wala akong duda. Who won the fight between oscar de la hoya and mayweather?
im a filipino, i hate to say this, but i think solis will win, i mean i want solis to win!!!!...paquio's head got bigger and want to run for congress and that scares me! so i want solis to win this fight!!Gonna start boxing what should i do?
well i dont agree with manny pacquiao entering politics, definitely if im from gen san i wont vote for him,but as a boxer i admire the guy,he represents our country very well, our only source of pride,i wont go as far as wishing that he loses his bout against solis i think that is going a little bit too far, the person who previously answered the question is not being to objective its completely, as they say in filipino,OA! your out of order man! dont let your emotions get in the way of rational thinking, manny is going to fight as a boxer not as an aspiring congressman, and when he climbs the ring he represents each filipino in his quest to bring glory to the Philippines, may he win his bout against solis ill pray hard for thatThe record of Solis, it is quite an impressive one, since he is undefeated. He hasn't beaten anyone notable, though. The most significant fight in his resume is against Humberto Soto. Even then, that contest resulted in a no-contest in the third round.
Looking in Manny's record in comparison, he doesn't only have an impressive stint, but he has a great quality of opposition (Barrera x2, Morrales x3, Juan Manuel Marquez, Oscar Larios). He also has more experience than Solis. Solis has never experienced what it's like to handle a foe of Manny's calibre, and has certainly never been hit by someone with Manny's power.
I don't see this fight going the distance at all. Solis will engage Pacquiao in some exchanges and Paman will do the same. I believe Solis will feel Manny's power in the first four rounds, and I doubt if he'll want more. I think Manny will hunt Solis down, walk through his shots to land his own bombs, and score a seventh round knockout in this one.
