How can i lose 30 pounds in 1 month?
Im 15 years old 5'8 and im in a boxing gym i weight 155 and have to go down about 30 pounds if i want to fight? does anyone know how i can?

the only way you can do that is losing water weight and that wont do you any good. its dangerous and your body wont be hydrated causing you to feel dizzy and even faint. and if you do it you will find out it wasnt worth it when you get knocked out because your too lightheaded to fightprofesional boxers lose about 5lbs in water in a day before the weigh in but any more then that is just stupid
either take 6 months to lose 30 pounds or fight at a weight somewhere around your current weight

WRONG...you can fight in a higher weight division.you do not have to loose the weight...
if you lose 30 lbs in a month...you will be dehydrated & weak from lack of correct diet.so you will get beaten to a pulp...
but the easy way to lose 30 lbs in a month is give up drinking any sort of fluid.& exercising an hour a day in a rubber suit..
of course you would be risking death....& if the weight loss dosnt kill you the other guy will.

1.eat your breakfast as normal
2.eat your lunch as normal
3.do not eat dinner,instead,take fruits only.

what i did to lose weight was run, eat like half as much, drink lots of water, eat breakfast, excercise alot.I suggest you dont do that or you will have some problems once you hit that ring. Ive tried it and trust me, it is no fun.
