Antonio "Magic Man" Tarver versus Roy Jones, Jr. 2. This fight took place due to Roy's controversial twelve round unanimous decision over Tarver. Roy blamed his lackluster performance on the fact that he had just fought at heavyweight and had a rough time slimming back down to 175 pounds (from 195 pounds) and Tarver saw it as an excuse. As the referee had both fighters in the center of the ring for the instructions, he asked Roy if he had any questions and Roy answered "No" with a nod of the head. When he asked Tarver, the Magic Man replied with "I got a question, you got any excuses tonight Roy!" Tarver then proceded to knock Roy senseless in the second round with a beautiful straight left to the chin! Tarver then ran around the ring shouting at the judges (who he felt robbed him in the first fight) and exclaimed "JUDGE THAT!"Is there a difference between a boxing gym and boxing club? Can I learn how to box at both?

Boxing is a passion of mine: I'm used to Americans giving me less than favourable responses to some of my responses - but seeing as you didn't specify the weights or the years for these boxing legends - here goes - I'll start with the best all-time knockout boxer of all time! Les Darcy (and just like Phar Lap nothing in America could beat him - so - they murdered both of them); Chris Chrisensen; Tiger Jones; Randy Sandy; Laszlo Papp (probably the best for his class - welterweight - ever!) Phosuwman - man could this bloke fight! He was from the Phillipines, but because of the war that was the last we ever heard of him. But that man knocked out everyone that ever got into the ring with him! Johnny Famechon; Kostya Zya; Cassius Clay - AKA; Mahamad Ali; Evander Holywood who had 158 KO's; David Green; Tony Mundine Snr (and his son is getting up there) and no-one can tell me that politics isn't involved otherwise Hosenberger would be at the top of the list. And just for nothing if Don King didn't rule what happens in American boxing we'd see a lot more, much better fights! As soon as a boxer goes to America - that's it - I'm over them! The only true fight I ever saw was from the most greatest in his class Kostya and he told Don to stick it! He won and then he came home!Jake LaMotta vs Gene Fullmer. Who wins?

Nice question sir! Here goes a few I can think of:1952 Rocky Marciano has been battered by heavyweight champion Jersey Joe Walcott for 12 rounds lands his famous Suzie Q right hand in the 13th round ending the fight with one punch.
Thomas Hearns captures the welterweight title from Pipino Cuevas with a 4th round knockout. One right hand finishes the job and wins him the title.
Mike Weaver knocks out John Tate with one punch in the 15th round after being way behind on points.
Bob Foster knocks out Dick Tiger with one punch in the 4th round and wins the Lgt Heavyweight title.
These fights actually won these fighters the title and not in title defenses.
