Need quicker leg movement and more quicker and hard punching power. My Trainer already gave me tips just wanting to get extra inquiries on my development.
Jumping rope is good for quick leg movement. For power do the old "Rocky" thing and tie your ankles together and hit the heavy bag for 10 minutes. Then untie and hit it. You'll see a huge difference.
