BOXERS...Some good workouts??
I was wondering what some good lower ab workouts.. its like i got nice upper abs and everything but around the lower abs like around the belly button its like a fat pack.. is that normallly how it is? and what are some good workouts for it.. at home workouts also?

The lower abdomen fat pack has nothing to do with your lower abs being in bad shape. Even the best abs will be covered by bodyfat. Increase your cardio while keeping your diet the same, if the bodyfat bothers you.If your upper abs are in good shape, likely your lower abs are, too (although you can't see them). It's pretty hard to train upper vs. lower, no matter what you read, because the abdominal muscles flexes as one vertical unit (although each side can be trained seperately).
If you want an ab excercise that is subtely harder on the lower abs, try sitting like an indian with your legs crossed, then lay down on your back and try crunches. It will help stretch out your lower abs while you crunch. Try it!
