Do 'Solo Boxeo' and 'Friday Night Fights' have different audiences?
He punches you with all his weight. Just last night I was watching some of his old early fights. I rewined and pressed the slow motion button. I Then realized that he steps completely foward after every hook. That means to say he punches so hard that he has to turn south paw or else he will lose his balance. In that moment as I continued to watch in slow mo, he punches with the other hand, and also with a lot of power, he steps foward again and he is back to his original punching stance. So what he does is basically lunge foward and punches with all his weight that it forces him to sometimes change his stance. He uses neck, shoulder, back, ribs, arm, and leg muscles when he punches. The racist counters of Harlem, New York City.

punching power is primarily a natural gift, either you got it or you dont, he had it and after cus passed away it was all he had left because his boxing skill sucked when he felt like he didnt want to be coached anymore. The top 5 things Mayweather MUST do to beat De la Hoya?
Punching power is a combination of several things. one thing that is behind the punching power of most fighters (especially mike tyson) is their legs. actually most of the power in the punch comes from their legs.same thing with MLB pitchers...they arent big and ripped but can still deliver a 95mph-100mph pitch. its in the legs.
If you go to throw a punch and step into it and plant your feet firmly and roll your fist into the other person it delivers with power.
the arms...sure that is part of it but the legs also play a huge factor.
Who won the fight? oscar or floyd?
Punching power is somewhat of a mystery as to how some have it and some dont...but the things we do know are that power is generated in the legs and leverage and speed are huge factors...Mike Tyson was extremely quick for a heavyweight and he threw his body weight behind every punch those factors and the fact that he threw compact punches from all directions made him deadly...What are the different styles of boxing and describe them?
Many good points here about Tyson's power in his prime, but he hasn't fought like that in well over 10 years - since Kevin Rooney was his trainer. He actually had some boxing skill then.If Mike wants to try fighting one more time - he should kiss and make up with Rooney and go back to the style that made him a champ.
I too wanted to ask the same question, how did u guess?
