Do you think Floyd Mayweather wants any part of up and coming Andre Berto?

Answers:

Who would win between 38 year old Muhammad Ali vs 38 yr old Evander Holyfield?

say man! FLoyd owns Berto. Berto would be nothing if it wasnt for Floyd. Berto is signed to mayweather promotions hes one of floyds fighter. and anyway Berto is a great fighter and would be great in the future but right now he stand no chance to mayweather he doesnt have enough ring experience.

Wut did bernard hopkins say while he was the guest on espn boxing?

nah berto would be too much for floyd hes built like a tank one hit from him floyds head would fly off

Jack Dempsey vs. Sam Langford?

nope..

up and comers don't make you millions and millions of dollars
-nor will it help your legacy (which he claims to be all about)

but losing to one really hurts your legacy

Would you risk $100.00 to win $1.00?

John Henry Lewis vs Young Stribling. Who wins?

Berto is one of the best young welterweights in some time, however he lacks in one area, experience. That's why Berto's next opponent will probally be Carlos Quintana. Floyd would eat up this young fighter with his ring savvy, but it would not make him the $20 million plus he feels he now deserves per fight, so it's not worth the risk.

If u were to bring any 2 boxers to fight each other who would it be and why would u pick them?

The fact that anyone thinks berto has a shot is insulting. Floyds had the gloves on since he was three and trained with professional boxers and trainers his entire life. Not to mention hes the fastest boxer in the world. UD Mayweather all day, I hope it happens.

How can professional boxing be justified? It is nothing other than legalised assault.?

I am not a Floyd fan, but he would put a clinic on Berto. Two flaws with Berto, his defense and his footwork. Mayweather would A) use footwork to fluster him, and use his great defense and movement to avoid most of Berto's shots, and B) use Berto's own lackluster defense to repeatedly land shots of his own and fluster him. This fight would look like rounds 5-11 of the Zab Judah fight the whole way through, and Berto's chin isn't even tested yet.

Certain fighters look great against inferior competition(and that's all Berto's faced) but not so much against top notch. Analyze the matchup, Berto gets taken to school. He is simply not in that class yet, and I don't think he'll ever be. He is exciting yes, but I don't think he has All Time Great potential.

Who wants to see the Oscar De La Hoya fight for free!?

No. Mayweather is all mouth. He said he is going to "Make it a massacre" against oscar and all i saw was a bruise on the shoulder of de la hoya. He ran the whole fight and oscar is on the downfall of his career. Some people say that boxing is hitting and not getting hit. i believe that too. Like Sugar Ray Leonard. he would throw combinations and not get hit and eventually get a ko win. Mayweather knocks out who he can and runs from who he cant knock out. I like Berto in the future, i think he would get a lil fustrated with mayweathers chickin fighting and he lacks the experience for such a big fight. Either way Mayweather dont wanna it and who would wanna see such a boring fight. It would be a floyd-oscar fight all over again.
