Where can I find the light blue jumper worn by Sylvester Stallone in Rocky 4?

I think this jumper was worn at the beginning of the film when Apollo Creed and Rocky were watching there old fight and discussing Apollo wanting to fight with Ivan Drago (Dolph Lundgren) I have been searching for this jumper for my partner and have been unsuccesfull so far.
