I believe so. Top Rank has worked out the deal, along with allowing Versus to air old fights from the Top Rank collection. Bob Arum, president of Top Rank, has given Versus access to his boxing fight archive along with showcasing his young fighters.This will be a nice relationship between the two and I have heard the ratings for the boxing broadcasts are on par or higher than the NHL events OLN/Versus showed during the same time-slots.
