I dont think so. Their weight categories are too far apart.If Pacquiao goes up to welterweigth he who be a nobody since that is too heavy for him and he would come out FAT.
If Mayweather comes down to featherweigth, this will also affect his game due to the much loss of weight. Then the fight would not be fair and would be no good.

This fight will never happen. To much weight gain for Pacquiao. And Mayweather Jr. is to advanced a puncher than Pacquiao is who is primarly a slugger and mostly flat-footed.It is not realistically an option because of the size advantage of Mayweather. Pacquiao would be giving away too much in weight, and what is about to happen to Cory Spinks would happen to Pacquiao against Floyd, only faster. Floyd would expose Manny as the one dimensional slugger that he is, and do so with surgeon like precision. Pacquiao wouldn't last the distance if Floyd chose to fight him. The blogbaba wouldn't relish the though of Pacquiao chasing Mayweather around the ring eating jabs and counters as he tried to get Floyd to fight him, it wouldn't be sport, it would be an execution. About half way through it we would start recalling Larry Holmes/Tex Cobb and eventually the ref would stop it.
Lucky for us, this one is a fantasy, and won't happen.

Of course he can fight him. And I would love to see that fight. But it would be a david vs. goliath battle. Well we all know who won that one.I'm sure you know that PBF once fought as a featherweight. He probably couldn't make that weight again though. They'll have to meet somewhere in between.
