The Chairmanship shouldbe by rotation every 2 months. The President,and Secretary of BCCI, the Coach, the Manager and the Captain should be from different regions: North, South, East , West and Central, but roated every year.There should be two cricket teams of 15 each for ODI and Test Match. Each State will have a reservation for one player. All the States will nominate two to represent their single representative. The President will add the balance by his nomination. The selectors will choose one from each State from two nominated, decide as to who will be in ODI team in each match and who in each Test team, provided that the number of matches player by each player is same each year. All arrangements will be on yearly basis.

ok there are many solutions but i will tell the major solution.i.e. stop cricketer's commercials (advertisement) and should concentrate on their matches and people should not buy any product which is useless endorsed by cricketers like dhoni who advertises for styling gel, sprite, pepsi and so on which are the invitation to cancer and the profit is for them (lots of money) and loss is for us ( money paid for cancer treatment). this is my major solution.

Some of the steps I can think of to improve Indian criket are listed below:1) Talented youngsters ahould be spotted across the
country and they should be groomed up by giving
proper trainint.
2) 2 teams of talented youngsters should be made and
they should play against the present senior team couple
of matches.
3) Performance of the youngsters should be assessed
based on their performance in these matches and
they should be inducted in the Indian Team by
replacing the players in the present team who fail
to perform consistently.
4) Bench strength of 10 to 15 players should be developed
and they should be given international exposure by
rotation. By doing so, the present players will be
under pressure to performm as they will know that they
cannot take their place in the team for granted and
that if they fail to perform they will be dropped.
5) Fast and bouncy pitches should be prepared in India.

The players selected for Indian cricket team are representing the India. conduct code similar to the civil servants shall be applied. The Government of India shall take immediate steps on the following:1.The BCCI shall be adopted by the Govt. of India and the funds of BCCI shall be owned by the Govt. of India
2.The Players selected for Indian team shall not participate
in any Publicity programmes and earn money for
themselves
3.In case, they participate in any publicity programmes, the same shall be with the permission of the Govt. Of India and the money earned out of it shall go to the Govt, of india only
4. The Govt, of India can encourage Private Cricket Boards to conduct International county matches in India. It is upto those private boards to make agreements with the players.
5.The above said private cricket boards shall select only Indian citizens as players and can conduct matches with international teams.
6.The players selected for the Indian team shall not be allowed to play for the aforementioned private boards so long as they continue to be indian team players.
7.The Players shall be paid monthly remuneration directly by the Govt.of india and utilise their services to improve the cricket in rural areas in india and to identify good players for the future of india.
8.Lastly, the players shall not be allowed to their whims and fancies to make money under the shadow of Indian cricket as their concentration will go to their personal money management once they earned unexpected money which probably they might have not dreamed in their life time.
9.All the players selected for indian team are similar to the Indian Army. When there is no war, the Indian Army shall be fully engaged in good physical and mental exercises to keep them fit and to raise to the occasion at any point of time. Probably the same priciple shall be followed for the Indian cricket players.
10.I feel that a good debate shall be conducted to such beautiful question eventhough "BETTER LATE THAN NEVER"
Indians have to improve in all the fields because Indians are lacking behind. I think more practice must be done with cricket and ads must be left out. If a player is injured then he must be given proper treatment so that he recovers early. More encouragement rather than discouragement must be given to the Indians. Lots of changes related to the team, their batting order must not be done.
