Aussies are still the favourites to win the world cup despite their recent losses to England and NZ.They played well against Zimbabwe and England in the warm up games and won both of them.I think they can manage without Lee in the world cup as they did in the previous world cup without Shane Warne.But it is sure that every cricket fan will miss Lee.About their rivals,the South Africans,the West Indian conditions are not favouring them.They had a tough time in the warm up match against the Ireland,who are maling their world cup debut!They bowled out South Africa for a mere 197but failed to chase as they were short of 40 runs to victory .Pakistan bowled them out for 199 and easily chased it .
New Zealand by some was the favourites to win the world cup as they defeated Aussies 3-0 in the Chapple-Hadlee trophy at home but they lost their opening match to BANGLADESH!I think in the next five years Bangladesh will be able to stand as a team like the recent England or so.They have defeated Australia,Sri Lanka,NZ ,Pakistan and India once in their careers.
But nothing is predictable in cricket as the 434-438 match between SA and Aussies.So to win one will have to give everything he has.

The bookies are still betting on Australia though the general consensus is that the field is wide open. The two best fielding sides(Oz and SA) have the max chance. Australia has a slight edge despite the five straight losses.There are many chances for India, Australia, South Africa and West Indies.
Chances for India because: They look they are in good form and are having talented players like Sreesanth, Dhoni, Yuvaraj, Dravid, Tendulkar, Harbhajan etc.
Chances for Australia because: They are in 2nd place but still they are looking strong and challenging.
Chances for South Africa because: They are in 1st place and also they said that South Africa will become very tough now.
Chances for West Indies because: They are playing the World Cup in their hometown. They may know whether which pitch is batting pitch and which is the bowling pitch. They are even used to the weather of their hometown and can be healthy and fit by the food which they eat.
So it is very tough to tell which of these countries will win the WORLD CUP.
