Advice on chaffing and sweaty backside..?
Question:Been doing a lot of riding in the heat in preparation for a ride across Aus.
Any advice on avoiding and dealing chaffing and a sweaty backside.??
Have tried using 3B cream which does seem to help a little with chaffing. Are there any other creams or ointments that will help.??

If you have not tried Assos Chamois Cream, get some. Use that (put it on your shorts pad, and some on your legs, right at the bottom of your butt where your legs meet your butt, on the inside back of the legs.For the sweating, I'm not sure. You could try some baby powder (/ goldbond),.. that stuff will help, but only so much.

forget the chamois cream, its too expensive. Try grabbing a tin of bag balm, you can't go wrong. apply generously..More Questions & Answers...
