not really...if u have sex before ur race and get a power nap, ull be more energized than u were before the sex...i box...and ive tried it...u really get more stamina and power with that combination, but make sure u dont oversleep...25mins is enough..If you woke up and had been in a Road Race?

Probably would just before a race. Males release endorphins after sex which help us go off to sleep.Getting a good night sleep before a race is an advantage, so that is the yarn I would spin to my wife. You could also throw in that you will be a few ounces lighter.
If you want added incentive you could try having sex withheld if you don't win. If things aren't going that well, then you could start singing a few choruses of "Pinks" u and ur hand to yourself.
Getting really angry seems to give a few people an edge.

Several pro mtb racers have spoken that they had sex the night (if not the morning) of a race. I guess that as long as you don't have sex the WHOLE night, you're ok... enjoy! ;)Different strokes for different folks. It didn't help me. I got a sore butt and thighs. Maybe you should try experimenting...One day, get a good night's sleep, then ride a distance in the morning and time it.
Another day, have sex, ride ur bike the next morning for the same distance, and time it.
