What are five stretches that professionals do before going on a bike trip?

Bottom Bracket?? Kona?

I'm not a pro... but here are some tips:
- don't stretch a cold muscle. experienced riders prefer an "active warm-up" which basically means riding the bike easy, gradually increasing the workload over 5-10-30 minutes.
- after a ride, I stretch all the major muscle groups, but focus on neck, hamstrings, butt, quads, hip flexors.

Will the truvativ Howitzer bottom bracket fit my bike?

I would ask Lance Armstrong if I could, check out his sight. Also type in a search for - -bike exercises and warm ups.
