Whether Downhill, XC, etc.

Answers:

How much it costs for a new a fox racing dhx 5.0 front fork and a new fox racing dhx 5.0 rear shock?

the most expensive mtb ive ever seen is the Specialized S-works Enduro SL carbon. the entire bike costs $7100

I also read in a rescent issue of Bicycling about a road bike that costs $23,000. copper plated, ceramic bearings and whatnot.

Where do you get a bicycle license in Richfield, WI?

By type, I'd guess downhill - the pro's ride full custom rigs that easily top $10k plus. Of course, they don't pay for them.

Are you talking about something that's available retail?
------------------------------...
Scott Spark Limited $ 7780.00
Trek Top Fuel SL $ 7480.00
Specialized S-Works Enduro SL Carbon $ 7100.00
Rocky Mountain RMX R2 $ 6820.00

On the road, I believe the Pinarello Dogma is the most expensive, it goes for over $20k. Snob factor, you know.

How do you contain your stamina?

Fat tires on mountain bikes?

Advanced Metalworks has a FRAME ONLY,made of Beryllium, with a value of more than $20K... it was stolen out of a truck when they were unloading at a show. If you add all the tasty parts, I imagine that this one would exceed $30K very easily.

What are those cart-like bicycles called that you can rent at the beach, seat 4-6 people on bench seats?

It depends, I agree that several like Spech Enduro, Stumpjumper and Epic carbons. Those are around 7,000 bucks. I don't consider the Honda RN01 a player, since Honda only built it for racing and isn't on price. How much it cost for them to develop it, I have no idea, but probably more than the $66,000 bucks some say it costs.

Of course, if you want to build a custom rig, you can get to above the $10,000 bucks for a downhill bike.

Do these bike racks look okay to you?

depends on what the bike have. a full suspention bike that a pro uses cost way over 1k infact most are around 8-9k and some 10k+ these bikes are made to take a beating which means they are light and can handle 10m+ drops with out a scratch! complete with ti carbon parts and every thing u can imagine.

Question about an answer to a question...?

Most expencive I've seen is the GT iT-1, 2006 model. Its a beautiful bike, with front and rear disk brakes, Fox raceing shocks (front a rear) and freakin INTERNAL gear system. The gears arn't on the outside, on the back rim. They are INSIDE the frame. The bike goes for about 5,000 bucks brand new. It's built for downhill rideing, since it has between 7-9 inches of travel on the rear shock. And probably about the same for the front shocks.
