How do you have the guts to do a no hander and a one hander.?
Frame size is based on your inseam... distance from the ground to your crotch, so your overall height is only part of the issue. If you were male, for a road/hybrid bike you would subtract 10" from your inseam to determine the frame size. For an all terrain bike, comfort bike or mountain bike the number to subtract is closer to 14".
That being said, the distance from handlebars to seat is most important...
1) Raise the saddle so that when your foot is on a pedal at the bottom of the stroke your knee has a slight bend in it.
2) Place your hands on the grips (or if a road bike, on the brake hoods). The angle between arm (with elbow locked) and torso should be between 85º and 95º for road, atb, and mountain bikes or between 75º and 85º for comfort bikes and hybrids.

i have a yz80 and im 5'2 but i think the bike is small and i like my feet not to touch the ground.but i think a good bike for you in size should be a 250 in size, depending on your skill level?A person's height is only an approximation of what bike size is the proper one. Some taller persons may have long torsos and not so long legs, while a shorter person may have longer legs than the taller person. The best way to determine the whether or not the bike fits is to go to a bike store and see for yourself by trial and error .get on the bikes on display and see which bikes allow you to straddle the top tube with both feet on the ground. Most to the other components, seat height and distance to the handlebars, handlebar height. and cranks (arms to the pedals) can be adjusted or the correct size or length determined and installed by the bike shop.
