Fantasy baseball sleepers..who is it this year...give me some good solid names?

How do you play fantasy baseball on yahoo?

Hitters:
Chris Duncan - 40HR potential
Wes Helms - on a mission from day 1 in spring training
Edwin Encarnacion - He is probably drafted in 90% of leagues but his late round status makes him an excellent value and could produce 20-25 HR's and 15 SB's
Morgan Ensberg - he is going late in drafts because it's still hard to tell if his year was the result of a bum shoulder or just a bum. But if the superstition about production in a contract year is true, then he could produce. Consider this a contract year for him because he is playing for his job. If he does come back to form, expect a HR every 3 1/2 games or 17AB's.
Brandon Wood, KC - may not be on opening day roster, but if KC can find a way to trade Sanders he will get the call up and will make an impact ala Mike Sweeney style.
Akinori Iwamura - The unknown Japanese import, all press is on the Red Sox and Yankees. If Aki (bless you) breaks out of his pre season slump he could provide help in deeper leagues and relief for owners of late season slumpers like Rolen.
Garrett Anderson - remember him? Some people do and he may not be much of sleeper anymore. I have seen him going in the 10th round in expert drafts. He is healthy for the first time in 3 years. With his back in shape again, he can stop pulling his front shoulder out to start his swing and have power to all fields again. With his swing back he can produce 20-25 HR's and 100 RBI's in an improved offense.

Pitchers:
John Maine - #3 in the rotation, finished strong last year but didn't log enough innings to register on most fantasy radar.
Wainwright - not much of a sleeper, almost always drafted.
Carl Pavano - it's easy to be a Yankee hater and wish for them to pay, but he was a fantasy star 2 years ago. At 31 years old and 10 years experience he has only logged a little over a thousand innings, he could still have a little gas left.
Rafael Soriano - It's only a matter of time before Bobby Cox either hits his head too hard while watching Wickman try to close a game or Bob gets a better deal as a national spokesman for the Beer Barrel Belly Buster burger (google it). Gonzalez looks to be the logical choice to take over for the closer role since he had 24 saves for Pitt last year but those 24 saves were a strain on his arm. And Atlanta's purpose in trading for Gonzo was to get a quality lefty specialist in the bullpen. Having him close would mean that he would not be avail to relieve in that situation. So Soriano would actually make more sense as a closer and his fastball supports that theory as well - that is if you don't mind 60 innings, 65K's, 1.08 WHIP and 2.04 BAA for a closer.
