Who is better, Moises Alou or Mark Teahen for fantasy baseball?

i hear teahen is suppose to break out this year. moises is so injury prone, i know because im a giants fan. rarely have we seen bonds and alou in the same lineup.It depends on what you need. I don't think I would depend on either as your number 1 starter but both are useable. Teahen is a speculation pick and made a significant jump in both power and avg. numbers. His upside is actually his speed, 10 SB's - actually 10-10. He also finished the season hitting extremely well. He has had an issue with hitting on the road or hitting for power against LHP.
Moisture (this is a family site, so let's just say it is rumored that he gets his hands wet to toughen his hands) - Is getting up there in years, 41 this year. His best numbers have always been in hitters parks, so consider him warning track power at Shea - he will hit around 20HR's, .300 AVG, and plays in a productive offense so his numbers are definitely useable.
But, not relying on either as a full time option, I would take a shot with Teahen since he may bring stats that we haven't seen from either him yet or expect to ever see from Moises again.
Besides - if I ever I had either of these guys and it started to backfire, most waiver wires will carry a guy named Garrett Anderson who could give me 20HR's, .300avg and 100RBI's and provide a solid guy that I could play everyday without losing much from my OF.

teahen ~ if he gets hot right out of the starting gate, you can bundle him in a trade with other players. alou has lots of history so its better if you draft him in later rounds as the veteran OF. there are better opportunities to look around unless these two guys are the only ones that is left.Who should be the top 10 running backs off the board for this year Fantasy football?
Teahen easy. This guy is extremely good. You know why? He had 393 ABs. Thats not a full season. Give this guy 450 ABs, he could get you .285 20HR 80RBIs 80RUNs with 15 steals to boot. Not to mention he has 3B AND OF eligibility as he is playing OF this year. Moises meanwhile though is in a ridiculously better lineup is old and injury prone. So therefore Teahen is a safer bet. And Garret Anderson is not gonna hit 300 with 100 ribbies. He will give you 10 more ribbies than teahen probably but every other stat will be worse becuz he doesnt hit high in the order thus resulting in low runs. and he cant run. So Teahen is you best bet and he is definitely a breakout guy this yearHow does my fantasy Baseball team look?
