first on the top right corner of your my team screen click classic. Then next to the player position you'll see a down arrow click it and it will give you a list if all the positions the player is available for including bn
Then move your mouse down to the position you want is highlighted including bn
Then click submit changes and your done
Classic is the lower tech easier way to do it then drag and drop.
Note once you pass the game starting time which is on your my team page next to every player you can not move a player to the next day even if PPD to move a player click the next date which is located on the top of the page once you do that do the steps above

use the classic interface.. it's easier to understand... just select the combo box next to the player and select bench (BN).. when you are done editing, select "Submit Changes" button on top right or bottom of your screen. What do you think of tonights football?
click and hold the player to whatever position you want him to be..once you are done with your moves click on Summit ChangesClassic roster is easier. Click the classic box then hit submit. Next, click box next to player you want to activate. You should get a small drop down menu of eligible positions. Ckick on the one you want. Chances are you will have to bench someone, so go to that player's box and hit BN(Bench). Then when you're finished hit submit.
