How to combat Streaming Pitchers?

Question:So, this week I am playing a manager that streams two starting pitchers day in and day out. Myself and another manager wants to "jam" him up by taking the best options available for various days. I want to decide between Looper and Wolf. The Dodgers have been hot but I like the fact that Looper has SP and RP availability. Who would you pick up, i am just as likely to keep him as drop him. Who has the better upside/team?

Also has anyone employed this sort strategy? he already has 34 moves and I thought i'd try this idea

Should I trade Manny Ramirez for some solid pitching?

Personally, I hate streamers and the only way I've been able to combat this is to pick up pitchers who are probable within the next couple of days then dropping them back to waivers... in essence, streaming to anti-stream... you don't have to play who you pick up of course... that'd make you a streamer as well... just know that in most cases, the streamers will take wins and k's but the low end of sp's will generally inflate the era and whip unless the managers are extremely lucky... everybody is generally stuck with their closing situation so really, streamers only benefit in two categories... have some faith in your team that you can take the other 8! good luck...
