You have a great team the one thing you could improve on is get some speed you do not have much other then Crawford and Young.

Should I trade Joe Mauer for Brian McCann?

Thats a pretty solid team. I would make minor adjustments, no big ones. Your starting pitching could use work, not because i like the yankees, but Chein-Ming Wang could be there or Mussina. Robinson Cano could be 2nd base. Albert Pujols could be 1st base. But anyways, your teams pretty tight.
