He is good for about 15+ wins if he stays healthy.
The past two years Weaver has been nagged with injuries.
If he stays injury free this season I would keep him, but it's hard to say what's going to happen.
If you want to play it safe, trade Weaver. Zito has a better chance of pitching the full season.

Zito is a known commodity, Weaver is kinda scary with the little nagging injuries he seems to get (not to mention he is related to Jeff). If I was going to trade one, it would be Jered Weaver.Should i trade c.c. sabathia and holliday for rollins and joe nathan?
I would probably unload Zito simply because he is overvalued. He is a decent P, not a stud like he was in his earlier days. You could probably get a big name bat or another big name P back for Zito simply because some managers in your league will go by name recognition.
