Possible fantasy baseball trade. I am in a 14 team league and have need for a 2nd basemen and a closer.?
Question:The Trade proposal is a three team trade: In the outcome I would get Kelly Johnson and Papelbon, and give up Daisuke and Bonds.

Answers:
Try getting Papelbon & Johnson (whose value isn't as high as it could be) for Daisuke (if you want to give him up) & either Bronson Arroyo (if the other guy needs SPs) or Freel (to replace Johnson on his team)

nah. don' t make the deal. you got the better players so you should hold on to them. jonshon has come out of no where so you don't know what youre getting (i know i can here all the atlanta people claiming they knew all about him when he wasn't even a top 100 prospect) bonds is smashing the ball (unlike any of youre other hitters other than gonzalez-so you need him)and youre pitching other than hamels..is very scary (in a day way) so you are best to hold on to dice-k.
you do need a better 2nd bagger..but i'm sure ray durham is on your wire (if he's not) then simply trade either linececum or arroyo for one(lets be real arroyo plays in hitters park and no way in hell will finish strong...i mean just look badk to last year)
hold on to felix..but honestly dump some of them relievers youre carrying waaaaaaaaay to many who don't give you much.

Looks like you are in great need for a closer. Johnson is doing great so far but I'm not sure how much of an upgrade he is from weeks. But when all is said and done I think this should work out in your favor. You are overloaded at the SP position and need a closer. The only draw back is that you will be very weak in the outfield. I would look to maybe make a trade for one of your 1b for an OF later on. But I say DO IT.no, you should get more out of the trade, JP is great but, johnson isn't worth the diff. that being said your not getting screwed on the deal it just that you could do better.

Don't do it. Papelbon is great but he is yet to close an entire season. Plus, he's already missed some games this year. I'm not high on Bonds unless you get points for BB. However Dice-K is just getting started and you could trade him alone and get the same guys.Oh yeah, I didn't mention Kelly Johnson. It wasn't a mistake. He's not worth it.
If you need 2B help you could get Ian Kinsler for cheap b/c he's cold, Aaron Hill is also cold and Howie Kendrick is hurt but should be back soon. Plus Rickie Weeks is decent until.
