For sure make this trade. Two of your guys (Byrnes and Green) are hot right now, but will cool off a lot by season's end. Texiera will have a solid year, but will not get you as Manny numbers as the other 3 you are getting. Swisher is better and will have an OK year. Damon is healthy and he Will get you hits, runs, stolen bases, and batting average. Howard may be in a slump, but you are basically getting him for free in this trade. You are getting 2 very good players and 1 average player for 1 good player and 2 average/streaky players. thats a very lopsided trade that works in your favor. then only good player your getting rid of is teixeira, but when your replacing him with ryan howard then it doesnt hurt you at all. actually it helps you. shawn green and eric byrnes are very streaky, especially byrnes. damon and swisher have had their injuries but they will be fine. swisher had 4 rbis his first day back from his hammy problem. so he looks fine. damon is always a good fantasy player cuz he gets your runs and sbs. this will improve your team alot in my opinion! good luckShould i hold on to this fantasy player?
I would definitely do it just for the fact you are getting Ryan Howard. As soon as he breaks out of his slump he will be one of the best players in fantasy baseball. You are giving away 2 players who haven't been great fantasy players and Mark Teixeira who has been slumping since3 last season. Damon should be fine and should steal 25+ bases. Swisher still has the capability to hit 30+ home runs.If you accept this trade (I'm assuming you are getting the Ryan Howard group of players) then you will be getting a steal and should be happy at the end of the season with the results you get.

I can not believe how good that trade is toward you. Swisher is back healthy and hit a 3 run HR in the ninth inning last night to prove it. It doesn't really matter if Damon's back is healthy, because I would do the trade for Howard and Swisher.Byrnes started off great, but he has started to cool down. Mark Texeira is the most overrated player in the MLB, so I think the best player you are giving up is Green. But he is definetely worth replacing for Nick Swisher.

i would definitely do it, howard will be fine he'll come around and have another big year. swisher is solid enough and damon as long as he stays healthy will put up big numbers at the top of that yankee line up. shawn green isnt that good, eric byrnes is over achieving early in the season, and teixeira hasnt been the same since he quit taking roids.What are the chances that these guys will hav decent years?
You're getting a steal. Howard will be great. Swisher will be Swisher, so he'll get like 35 HRS, 85 RBIs and Damon is a 25/25 guy with good BA and hella runs. Byrnes is gonna suck, so is Green and Texeira will be a little worse than Howard. Definitely accept this trade.I personally like your team as is, and i think the only reason to accept it would be for the big name players to potentially trade away to others, or hope that howard gets his game going, and swisher and damon stay healthy. teixeriea is good but nothing howard cant cover. byrnes is a decent all round player and green really isnt the best, and if nick and johnny stay healthy and hit like they did last year your set. i say make the trade.

Damon is banged up - I don't think his back is ok ... and Swisher is iffy at best.but you're giving up Byrnes and Green who can both go ICE COLD at any time (and probably will at some point).
so it comes down to Tex for Ryan Howard ...
