The Bengals are last in pass defense, so look for Walker to have huge fantasy numbers.

I would also start Stallworth,
who was awful last week against the Giants with one catch for five yards, missed the first game against Dallas in Week 5 with an injury. But he has a good history against the Cowboys. In two career games against Dallas, Stallworth has eight catches for 227 yards and a touchdown.

Williams isn't such a bad choice. I sat Galloway last week thinking the same thing, no brainer right. But he ended up get 107 yrds and a touch. Kind of a tough question for you, but if you want to start Williams i wouldn't feel too bad about it.
