Drop Dontrelle for Shields?
Question:I'm debating dropping Dontrelle Willis for Jamie Shields. I'm confident in Shields' ability, but am undecided if Willis can turn things around quickly.
Willis has the wins, but his K's and ERA are pretty weak.

If jamie shields is available in the pool of Free Agents, do pick him up immediately...he is 3-0 with 49 Ks in 52 innings...that is sick number with under 1.0 WHIP..no hesitation...pick him up.but don't drop WILLIS...if he is killing u with his ERA and low Ks.trade him.salvage something out of it.there are plenty of owners that think WILLIS is a STUD...don't drop him though...work something out..
if u have a hitter on bench...do drop him and pick up SHIELDS...

I have Shields, great pitcher I must say AND he is on an up and coming team in the D Rays. He is tied or close to the lead in K's in the AL!That woudl be one of the dumbest moves I've ever seen! Keep Willis.
