Moss to the Pats is gigantic, but how will Darrell Jackson to the 49ers help the 49ers and hurt the Seahawks?
The Seahawks got a 4th round pick for DJack, and like the Moss deal, I dont think it was enough. DJAck and Deon Branch had top 5 WR duo potential. Who will step in and take Jacksons place?

What are some good workout plans for a highschool football player?
I am sad to see Jackson go as a Haks fan, when he is healthy he pulls down passes as good as anyone. I definately think Seattle was not smart by dealing him to the Niners, a team that gave us hell last year as it is. Not to mention, a fourth round pick showed that the front office was willing to let him go for next to nothing citing character flaws. The Hawks shouldn't be impacted tremendously though, due to having Branch, Burleson, Engram, and Hackett in the system. The passing game will be as good as the running game, either good or bad. If Shaun can play as well as the money they payed him, the offense will be as good as it was two years ago. If not, the Hawks will be looking at a 9-7 season at best.Cle. Browns will we win again?
i guess its time for DJ Hackett and Bobby Engram to step up. this is good for the 9ers because they needed WR help and DJax is a very good one even though he drops a lot of balls. not only that, but he might have inside info on the seahawks that he can tell coach nolan about. signs that holmgren uses, the playbook, any other secrets that the seahawks dont want revealed, jackson will know and tell nolan. i think it was a steal because jackson is worth more than a 4th.If Colts dont match offer sheet,do we still go after a CB?
Hackett because he is a younger reciever and he is more agile than bobby engram. The seahawks made a mistake letting jackson go.I'll just say this Jackson is overrated

i dont think the sea hawks should have let him goabout the pats, a couple of notes
1. moss wants a superbowl
2. pats got mad talent on wr before and after- others include caldwell, jackson, gaffney, stallworth, kelley washington, welker
3. brady doesnt have a good long ball RIGHT NOW
4. moss isnt very patriot-like as in he talks trash and walks off the field
5. if maroney gets injured the pats are screwed

What is a good football workout plan?
It will hurt in one way but help in another. I heard Jackson's attitude was bringing the team down. Seattle seemed desperate to get rid of him. As a Seahawks fan I hope it won't hurt too much and that Jackson learns from this.Go Seahawks!
