i think jason white won the heisman and wasnt drafted. he was from oklahoma a few years back.i though smith was going in the 4th/5th to the eagles but they already drafted kolb, so thats that. but perhaps chicago could use him, since rex sucks.

Baltimore is just plain cheap when it comes to getting a qb period. If you look at their history they have always had cheap mediocre QB's. Troy Smith is just like them and they way they have drafted in the past.There's a good chance he won't even make the team.
