Denver broncos for 2008 superbowl?
Ok, i just graduated high school, and I just received a division one scholarship to play football.. Your numbers are a little below average, but they are things you can work on.. Size is important, and since you don't really have the size, you need to work on different aspects like your hands speed, footwork and leverage.. When i graduated high school my stats were..Height: 6'3
Weight: 275
Bench: 375
Squat: 475 (all the way down)
40 yrd. Dash: 4.87
Vertical Jump: 22"
I thought i had decent numbers, but the most important aspect was that i had good hands, and quick feet.. So keep working hard, and you can become a good football player.
Should line me drink protein to recover muscles?
For a sophomore in High School those are all pretty bad numbers. Drop your 40 to below 5, and bench over 200 and squat should be alot more than bench.More Questions & Answers...
