It depends on if he plays, and who gets injured (which happens a lot with the browns). I say if he plays he'll do pretty well. He will prove he is NFL ready, but lacks the experience.I do have to say Quinn will have the better year IF he plays. which he prolly will

Raiders want to sit Russell in favor of McCown to start the season...so if Quinn can win the job from Anderson or Frye and start right away...Quinn will easily have the better season. The Browns have a very underrated offense right now, Braylon Edwards is a decent WR...Kellen Winslow is coming along (didn't he lead TEs in receptions last year?) And they just picked up Joe Thomas and Jamal Lewis in the offseason...I can't imagine they'll have a that bad of an offense around Quinn if he starts...He'll be good...he's got better weapons than Russell will too, I don't care how good of an arm he has...that's a bad offense in Oakland.NFL MockDraft? Quinn is a rookie QB in the NFL. Other than Ben Roethlesberger and Dan Marino, history (including hundreds of rooke QBs) shows that rookie QBs usually don't do very well their first year. Having said that, Quinn was coached by Charlie Weiss, who was a heck of an O Coordinator in New England, so he has a chance to be better than most. However - I don't think he is as good as Marino, and doesn't have the team around him (including an O line) that Roethlesberger had, so I strongly suspect he will struggle. Just about all of them do -JeMarcus Russell 1st pick yeah?
Quinn will probably be the starter for the Browns by the end of the year. I don't expect great stats but he should give fans something to build on for '08.Russell will do better this year. He will not only be a starter before October 1st but by the end of the year will be putting up decent numbers.
I believe he will be the starter and he will struggle at first but I think he will finish the season strong. Quinn is the most ready to play well right now between him and Russell because Quinn was coached by an NFL coach in collage. ND runs an NFL O-fence. Clev. O-line is also better than Oak.
