What Do You Think Is The Biggest Rival In The NFL and Why?
Your best bet would be to go check it out on ebay. Price guides offer you an idea of how much its potentially worth, but you almost NEVER get that amount from a buyer. Just do a search for them on ebay and see what other bidders paid for such an item. Ebay will give you great insight as to how much on average it can be sold for and judging by the number of bids, how much interest there is for your card. What does A&M stand for like in texas A&M?
I am not a expert on this...but I doubt it would be worth very much. I would hold on to it though you never know..This is a little tricky. If the card was signed and has a holographic sticker on its back and a statement saying that the card has an authentic signature, then it should be listed in a price guide (ex. Beckett's). However, if the card is not verified, then the value is strictly on the signature itself.
I am not too familiar with the name Mike Haynes, so his autograph may not command too much value in general. However, if he signed a card for you personally, then it is a different story. If that were to be the case, then I would keep the card personally. However, you may want to look for die-hard Patriots fans who have been with the team long before the SB runs.
Book value for the card may be around a quarter and the signature will come around to be a few dollars at most.
Not so much...UNLESS it is a certified and serial numbered card. If it is just a card that has his signature, a couple of dollars. Also depends on condition of card. (centering, edges, surface, coloring)
IF certified w/COA (only possibility for that year) from a reputable sports facility, graded, and/or serial #'d (not possible again with this year) then maybe $6 or $7.

beckett has a book that lists all of the sports cards..
